5.14 Employee Leave

Â鶹ÊÓƵ will establish procedures in accordance with Federal laws and regulations and North Carolina laws and regulations for employee leave to include, but not be limited to, military leave, civil leave, sick leave, Family Medical leave (FMLA), educational leave, vacation leave, leave without pay, shared leave, sabbatical leave and holiday leave.

In the event of State-Mandated or Federally Mandated Emergency Leave Provisions, the currently imposed provision will be posted below:
